If you’re not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How it works
- Submit the Returns & Exchanges form (or email support@annereidartist.com if you need help).
- You’ll receive a confirmation with your Case ID. Our team replies within 1–2 business days for damaged/incorrect items, and within up to 3 business days for returns or exchanges.
- If your request is approved as a return/exchange (buyer’s remorse), we’ll issue an RMA with the correct return address and packing instructions.
- If your item is damaged or wrong, we’ll arrange a lab replacement and provide next steps—no RMA needed.
Routes
- Buyer’s remorse / exchange: Returned to our U.S. returns hub. We provide the exact address with your RMA.
- Defective or shipping-damaged: Processed via our U.S. print lab partner (replacement ships to you). No RMA required.
Conditions & Timing
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and safely repacked.
- Refunds: initiated 1–2 business days after inspection; banks typically post within 3–5 business days (total ~5–7 business days after receipt).
- Return shipping: customer pays for buyer’s-remorse returns; we cover defective/damaged cases.
- No restocking fee (made-to-order prints).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not shipped. If shipped, request an RMA and return per the steps above.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed December 1–24 have an extended window through January 15.
